Nice room with big shower in a quiet area. Comfortable bed cable TV with a lot of English channels.safe in room and balcony. Breakfast brought to you on your balcony eat as much as you like. Rooms cleaned every day and very friendly staff. Easily walkable to restaurants in the middle road or for cheaper options walk up the river road to on the right is a good cheap restaurant up some stairs they have a menu outside. Easy to get to anywhere in town and I enjoyed sitting on the wall by the river just before sunset watching boats and people playing in the river. Only thing is I didn't realise my card wasn't charged for the stay so had to pay when I got there and they add 3% for credit card

Located by the Namkhan river with the view of the river. Walking distance to centrally located sights of Luang Prabang, including Morning and Night markets. Alms giving ceremony happens only a short walk away too. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Delicious a la carte breakfast, served on the balcony in front of the room. Recommended, would stay at this property again!

I have been staying at this hotel for my second times . This hotel was all perfect for our all to stay in Luangprabang which a good location that we booked our room here. Room was very nice ,clean and big room with balcony view. All worked very well in the room with free WiFi, TV, Air conditioning, fan , hot water, free coffee /Tea and small water . Breakfast was very good. The staffs are very helpful ,good service and very friendly.

The location is hard to beat. The hotel overlooks the languid waters of the Name Khan River and the traffic along the Kingkitsarath Rd is much quieter than through town or along the Mekong. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Take any of the short alleyways either side of the hotel and you have immediate access to the monks' procession and the French bakeries and khaesoy noodle shops that line Sakkaline Rd. The best cocktail bar in Asia is just around the corner - Artisan Bar. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the early morning sun is not too be missed.
